Return Process

  Log into your Zero-G account and select the order you wish to return to generate a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Hardware

  Secure your device in its original anti-static packaging, ensuring all cables, manuals, and peripheral accessories are included in the box.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Audit & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition and serial number, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
